Every single one of us goes through periods in our lives where it seems like nothing is going our way. It seems like no matter what we do, no matter how carefully we make decisions, we are constantly faced with excruciating circumstances. We are told that we should look at the bright side or just accept that all experiences are equally important, be it negative or positive ones.
To some extent we acknowledge that yes, we should focus on what we have rather than what we don’t, we should respect the negative experiences and learn from them as those are the periods where we learn to really appreciate the positives in life. However, it is easier said than done when life is throwing problem after problem. Honestly, it can be very tiring and it is not at all surprising that so many people in our world are suffering from depression and other mental illnesses. But what if there is an explanation for our suffering? What if we could have an experience where we realized and internalized that the hardships we face are justified and there is a higher purpose to all this? Won’t it make things, if not easier, but more acceptable?
This was the case with a female client. She was 51 years old at the time, employed, and married to a loving husband, and had 2 daughters. However, her life was filled with a slew of problems.
The client had relationship issues with her husband that even though on a practical level they had a successful and normal marriage, they had a severe difference in opinion which resulted in a lot of compromises on both sides and pent up negative emotions that would result in fights. This caused a strain between them and even though they loved each other, they were unhappy. It was a problem that seemingly had no reason for existing and for some reason, her husband and her elder daughter also had a very cold relationship with each other. Furthermore, she and her younger daughter had Acrophobia, which is a fear of heights, and would give them both Vertigo. They both also had Aquaphobia, which is a fear of water and triggers anxiety even from water in a bathtub. She had constant pain in both calves which she was dealing with for years and even after trying multiple avenues to cure it, it continued to plague her. As if all this was not enough, she was not able to sleep properly because she constantly had nightmares of a plane crashing at sea.
She came to MindAccess to find an explanation, the WHY, of all these problems. As usual, we started with a prep session, where I understood her issues and what she was looking for and prepared a therapy plan for her. A week later, she came back for the main session and I guided her into a trance (Please refer to our FAQs for more details on trance). Through my questioning and what she was experiencing while in the trance, we were able to detect two-spirit attachments. The attachment sensation was present in both her calves. Through the therapy, we were able to release those two attachments.
Further in the session, the client was able to see one of her past lives as a German pilot and experienced her death where she, in that life, crashed and drowned at sea. An interesting fact about that life was that her co-pilot who also drowned with her is her younger daughter in the current life. Often, the people with whom we experienced significant moments of our lives have a soul connection with us and are with us across multiple lifetimes playing different parts. The client conveyed that she felt relaxed after the session, was able to find a connection in her past life to the recurring dreams she used to have. She was surprised about the two spirit attachments she had in her calves but was relieved that they were released.
After just a week, she called back to convey that she had significant relief from vertigo and she didn’t feel as dizzy or nauseated anymore. She was ecstatic about the fact that the pain of her calves had completely gone, she couldn’t believe how much difference it made in her day-to-day life because over the years she had just accepted her fate and continued dealing with the constant pain. The sudden relief from that pain uplifted her spirits and improved her general mental well-being considerably. Furthermore, having that past life regression to her life as a German pilot, allowed her to accept that the trauma associated with that incident has nothing to do with her current life and she does not need to continue suffering because of it. Even her nightmares completely stopped and she was able to sleep peacefully which prevented her from feeling lethargic during the day. Even after years of being a hypnotherapist, it is always awe-inspiring how just one session consisting of hypnotherapy, past life regression, and entity de-possession therapy can have such a dramatically positive impact on one’s life.
Considering all the problems she faced, I had planned for at least two sessions. In the second session, she regressed into one of her other past lives where she was a priest in a Kali Mata Temple in a village near Calcutta. Being a priest, she was sworn to a life of brahmacharya (celibacy) but she fell in a love with a lady. Her mother in that life prevented them from being together and this caused tremendous hatred between the two of them. In that life, she died at the age of 47 in Calcutta due to tuberculosis after a tumultuous life because of her strained relationship with her then mother. In the end, she felt guilty for what happened with her mother and chose to re-incarnate to make amends. The client was able to recognize that the mother from that life is her husband in her current life and the lady she was in love with then is her elder daughter in her current life! While experiencing death in the past life regression, she was able to understand that the purpose of her current life is to balance the past karma that she has from her past relationships with her mother and love interest from the life as a priest and the co-pilot from her life a german copilot.
All these experiences enabled her to reach a profound understanding of her circumstances in her current life. She was able to accept and even embrace her current life and was determined to see through the karmic balancing she has to do in this life. During integration, she understood why she always has so many conflicts and differences of opinion with her husband even though they love each other. She understood the reason for the conflict between her husband and her elder daughter as they harbored enmity from their lives when the client was a priest. She also understood the reason for her younger daughters’ acrophobia and aquaphobia because she also had the same traumatic plane crash and drowning experience.
As we can see, most of our problems that seem unfair and unexplainable do have a reason. Hypnotherapy and past life regression provide a way to get these explanations. Attaining this level of deep understanding about our situation is a life-transforming experience that allows us to look at the problems from a new positive experience and gives us the motivation to deal with them and live a content life regardless of how many hardships we face.
